When am I charged?
Memberships are billed on the 1st of every month. Start today and you pay for this month now, or start on the 1st of next month and pay nothing until then.
Is there a commitment?
Memberships have a 6-month minimum, counted from your first bill on the 1st. If you cancel before then, the remaining months are still due. After that it's month to month, and you can cancel anytime, in person at any DSM clinic. Memberships can't be paused. You'll review and sign the membership agreement before you pay.
I'm already a DSM patient. Can I still join here?
Yes. Use the same name and date of birth we have on file so your membership is linked to your chart.
